TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE COMPETITION

1. General:

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and the decisions of Team Miami and Bulova, which are final and binding.
Team Miami and Bulova reserves the right to modify or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice.

4. Privacy:

By entering the competition, participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information for the purposes of administering the competition and delivering the prizes.

2. Entry Restrictions:

Only one entry per person. Multiple entries will be disqualified.
Entries that do not follow the entry instructions will be disqualified.
Any attempt to manipulate the competition mechanics (e.g., using fake accounts) will result in disqualification.

5. Publicity:

Winners agree to allow Team Miami and Bulova to use their name, likeness, and entry details for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

3. Winner Notification:

Winners will be notified via direct message within 5 days after the draw.
Winners must respond within 10 days of notification to claim their prize, otherwise a new winner will be drawn.

6. Liability:

Team Miami and Bulova is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries, or for any technical errors that may occur during the competition.
Team Miami and Bulova is not liable for any injury or damage to participants or their property during the competition or from the use of any prize.

1. Eligibility

Open to residents of USA, UK
Must be 18 years or older to enter?
Employees of Team Miami and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.

2. How to Enter

All entries must be submitted by the date and entry mechanic listed on the promotion.

3. Selection Process:

Winners will be chosen randomly from all eligible entries.
The draw will take place on a date decided by the company as advertised in the promotions.
Winners will be announced on our social media platforms and contacted via direct message.

4. Prizes:

The winner drawn will receive the E1 Team Miami Racing Marine Star B Watch.
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
